The International Property Awards are supported by five media partners and no less than nine professional bodies, their aim being to identify the very best in the residential property market.
Simple Property Group is delighted to announce it has won three prestigious five star awards at The International Property Awards held recently at The Marriott Grosvenor Square, London. Jennie Bond, broadcaster and former Royal Correspondent announced the winners and presentations were made by Mr Eric Pickles, M.P., Chairman of the distinguished judging panel. Simple Property Group scooped awards in the following categories:
- Best Real Estate Agency Montenegro *****
- Best Real Estate Website Montenegro *****
- Best Real Estate Marketing Spain *****
Now in it 13th year, the awards aim to distinguish the highest level of achievement in a range of property related fields. Approximately 400 property professionals representing 56 different countries around the globe gathered in eager anticipation of winning one or more of the 100 highly prestigious awards across 20 categories. Buying a property is quite probably the most significant personal expense anyone is likely to make during their lifetime and, with competition fiercer than ever within the market, it's increasingly difficult for the discerning purchaser to know where to start searching. Developers and estate agents use their award success to stand out in the crowded market place.

The fact that Simple Property Group earned three of these coveted awards is proof the company can not only compete, but also triumph and be recognised within the highly competitive overseas property arena. Having been awarded this five star category recommendation, the company is entitled to display the 'CNBC 5 star Property Awards' logo with pride. The company also collected a four star award in 2006 at the Arabian Property Awards held in Dubai.
Simple Property Group has also been awarded the ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Assurance standard and is a member of The Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP). It offers property investments in Montenegro, Morocco, Italy & Spain and has an extensive portfolio of property including houses, villas, apartments, new developments and land. The International Property Awards endorses a symbol of excellence and recipients will be recognised and appreciated by the public who are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the properties they seek to buy. Selection is no simple task; it calls for a panel of highly respected judges whose collective knowledge of the industry is second to none. Therefore, the International Property Awards draws on the invaluable expertise of representatives from the National Association of Estate Agents; Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors; National House building Council; Association of Relocation professionals and the British Interior Design Association, to name but a few (see full list of judges below). The panel is chaired by Eric Pickles MP, British Shadow Secretary of State.
